The AI growth operating system

The Growth Mapping Workshop

Two working sessions with whoever owns growth. We map how growth moves through your company, find where it stalls, and hand you a ranked list of what to fix first.

  • Two working sessions
  • Fixed price, agreed up front
  • The map is yours to keep

Who it's for

You own growth at your company: as the founder, or as the director who runs marketing or sales. You know growth stalls somewhere. What you can't yet name is which fix comes first. The workshop names it.

  • Leads go quiet

They arrive from the website, the inbox, and LinkedIn, then wait on whoever has a spare hour.

  • Follow-up depends on memory

Whether a prospect hears back depends on who remembers, not on a process.

  • Posting stops

The moment business picks up, the work that feeds next quarter's pipeline is the first thing dropped.

It is also the right first step before you buy any AI tool. Where AI actually helps depends on how your growth runs today, and nobody has mapped that yet.

How it runs

Two short sessions, and we do the heavy work in between.

We trace your growth

You, plus whoever touches growth day to day. We follow real leads from the last month through your actual systems: where each one entered, who touched it, how long it waited, where data was re-typed, where it went quiet. Real leads, not the ideal process on a whiteboard.

We build your map

We chart every step and score every friction point by what it costs: hours of manual work, leads that leak, days a deal waits. Then we mark where AI removes the work and where a plain connection between two systems does.

We walk the map

You see your growth process end to end, the friction ranked by cost, and our call on the first fix. You leave knowing exactly what to do next, whoever does it.

What you leave with

  • Your growth process mapped end to end, from first touch to signed deal
  • Every friction point scored by what it costs you: hours, leads, or waiting time
  • Each fix marked as AI work or a plain integration, so you know what kind of build it is
  • Our call on the first move: a module, an AI layer on a workflow you already run, or leave it alone because it works

The map is yours to act on, with us or without us.

How we decide where AI fits

One rule runs the whole assessment.

  • AI

Takes the work that needs judgment: reading, writing, researching, scoring.

  • A plain integration

Takes the work that follows rules: moving data, syncing records, sending notifications.

  • Left alone

What already works keeps running exactly as it is.

That rule comes from ten years of building these connections, and from running this system on our own growth every day. The reference we map you against is not a framework from a slide. It runs in production.

After the workshop

Most companies come out with one clear first move. Often it is one of the six modules; sometimes it is an AI layer on a workflow you already run. Whatever it is, the map tells us exactly where it plugs in, and we build it fixed scope, fixed price, in weeks.

If you stop after the workshop, you still hold the map and the ranked list. Any capable team can execute it. The workshop itself is fixed price, agreed before we book.
