Time is the one resource nobody gets back. We exist to eliminate the tedious, repetitive work that drains it — for our clients and the people they serve — so they can spend their hours on what actually matters: creative thinking, meaningful decisions, and work worth doing.

The Founder
I'm Ivars Bariss. I started as a freelance web developer over 10 years ago. Over time, clients kept asking me to connect their websites to the tools running their business — CRMs, ERPs, warehouses, search engines. Each project pulled me deeper into how these companies actually operated. I went from building websites to leading teams, running operations for a 20-employee company, and doubling its revenue by redesigning the systems that connected delivery to sales.
That pattern — systems that need to talk and don't — turned out to be the problem I'd been solving all along. IB Solutions is the practice built around it.
