Time is the one resource no one gets back — for now. We exist to eliminate the tedious, repetitive work that drains it, for our clients and the customers they serve — so people can spend their hours on what actually matters: creative thinking, meaningful decisions, and work they're proud of.
The Founder
I'm Ivars Bariss — a full-stack web developer and technical leader based in Nice, France. Over the past 10+ years I've progressed from Senior Engineer to Director of Operations, led teams of up to 10 engineers, and run day-to-day operations for a 20-employee company generating more than 3M in annual revenue. In that role, I doubled revenue in the first year while eliminating operational fires and building systems that made delivery calm and repeatable.
I started IB Solutions to apply that same approach — combining engineering depth with operational clarity — to help companies reduce workflow friction and build systems they can rely on for years.
