Bocci, a luxury lighting maker, needed to connect NetSuite to their store, but in NetSuite products were defined as manufacturing component groups, not the SKU variants e-commerce expects, and staff copied every order across by hand. We ran the discovery and architecture, defining the data structure the store needed and a sync approach that also supports their planned 3D configurator.
