Tiesu namu aģentūra (TNA), the Latvian government agency for courthouse infrastructure and legal publishing, ran its publications business on disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes. We built a complete operational platform from the ground up in Yii2, covering inventory, warehouse, orders, invoicing with Stripe, and customer management in one system, so the team works from a single source of truth instead of scattered files.
