Nexbea

Your e-commerce store and back-office systems, kept in sync. A managed integration platform we set up, run, and keep current for one monthly subscription.

Nexbea is a managed e-commerce integration platform by IB Solutions. Orders, products, stock, pricing, and customers flow both ways between your webshop and your ERP, every run is monitored on a live dashboard, and the integration is kept current as your business changes. No integration team on your side, no upfront project.

Highlights

Why stores that have outgrown plugins and spreadsheets run on Nexbea.

  • Configuration and settings icon

    Fully managed

Set up by us, run by us, kept current by us. A dedicated integration manager, a live dashboard, and an email alert on every failed run.

  • Operations flowchart icon

    E-commerce native

Built around orders, customers, products, pricing, and stock. Complex tax rules and odd order flows are the normal case, not the exception.

  • API endpoints icon

    One proven platform

Every client runs on the same platform. About 90% of a new integration is already proven in production, and every fix ships to everyone.

Overview

Most stores we meet ran on their back office long before the webshop. Orders reach the ERP by hand, by export, or not at all. An integration project fixes that once, is paid up front, and then needs someone watching it as the store, the ERP, and the tax rules keep changing.

Nexbea is the managed alternative. It is a single integration platform that syncs data both ways between your store and the systems behind it: orders, products and variants, stock and pricing, customers, discounts and shipping, images and files. We connect the systems, map the fields, monitor every run, and change the integration as your business changes. You pay one monthly subscription and need no integration team on your side.

What stays in sync

Orders

Line items, taxes, and statuses, both ways. One order carries its store ID and its ERP ID.

Products and variants

Catalogue, descriptions, and variants, with images and files synced alongside the products they belong to.

Stock and pricing

Synced multiple times per hour, so the webshop sells what the warehouse actually has at the price the ERP says.

Customers, discounts, shipping

Customer records, addresses, and order history, plus discount rules and shipping methods, kept consistent on both sides.

What it connects

Nexbea ships with connectors for the e-commerce platforms, back-office systems, payment providers, and carriers we meet most often:

The most common pairings are Craft Commerce with NetSuite, Shopify with NetSuite, and Shopify with Odoo. Niche systems, regional payment providers, and in-house tools are the long tail we built the platform for: anything with an API can get a custom connector, quoted per system.

How it works

  1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes to review your systems and the data flows between them.

  2. Plan. A fixed proposal covering what gets connected, in what order, and the monthly price.

  3. Build and verify. We connect the systems, map the fields, and test every flow with your real data before go-live.

  4. Ongoing. We monitor the syncs, handle vendor updates before they reach you, and change the integration as your business changes.

Every run is broken into timestamped steps on the dashboard, and every synced record links its store ID to its ERP ID. You can verify any order yourself without asking anyone.

The flow, field by field

Each sync routine is a visual, readable map from the source system through Nexbea to the destination: the triggers that start it, the connector on each end, and every field mapping in between. When a tax rule or a mapping changes, the change is a diff you can see, not a ticket into a black box.

What the subscription covers

The platform subscription starts from €499 a month with yearly billing and covers the first two connected systems. There are no order-count, SKU, or usage tiers. A one-time onboarding fee is refunded in full if we fail to deliver a working integration. The subscription buys five things:

  • Infrastructure. Hosting, queues, retries, monitoring, and uptime.
  • Platform access. The built, hardened two-way sync and the dashboard that shows every run.
  • System updates. Changes to the connected platforms handled before they reach you.
  • Your changes, same day. Tax rules, field mappings, discounts, and schedules changed when you ask.
  • Judgment. A dedicated integration manager who decides which rules to change, which syncs can safely retry, and responds to a failed sync within one business day.

Data is hosted on Upsun in Montreal, Canada, on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS. Nexbea is an EU company, GDPR applies, and a data processing agreement is included. You own the field mappings, and your data stays portable if you leave.

Running in production

Nexbea has been in production since 2024. Inform Interiors, a Vancouver design and furniture retailer, keeps a catalogue of more than 2,400 products and 20,000 images in sync between Craft Commerce, NetSuite, and Moneris. Bocci, a designer lighting manufacturer, went from staging tests to go-live on Craft Commerce and NetSuite in about two weeks. Full case studies are on nexbea.com.

Built and run by IB Solutions

Nexbea grew out of more than a decade of custom e-commerce integrations we built as projects. We stopped selling integration projects and put everything we learned into one platform that every client runs on. The team that built it is the team that runs it: we set up your integration, watch it every day, and keep it current as your business changes.
